How To Make Kofta Kebabs

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground meat (beef, lamb, or chicken)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil

In a large bowl, combine ground meat, onion, garlic, cilantro, parsley, cumin, coriander, paprika, cinnamon, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.

Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a cylindrical kebab.

Heat the vegetable oil in a grill pan or on a grill over medium heat. Cook the kebabs for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
