Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1.2 kg lamb leg, cut into chunks
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp jerk seasoning
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the minced garlic, jerk seasoning, soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, and vegetable oil.

  3. Preheat the grill or barbecue to medium-high heat.

  4. Thread the marinated lamb chunks onto skewers.

  5. Grill the kebabs for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.

  6. Brush the kebabs with additional marinade while grilling for a sticky glaze.

  7. Once cooked, remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
