How To Make Harissa Lamb & Pepper Kebabs

Ingredients
- 1 lb lamb, cut into chunks
- 2 red bell peppers, cut into chunks
- 2 yellow bell peppers, cut into chunks
- 2 tbsp harissa paste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Skewers, soaked in water if wooden
Instructions

In a bowl, mix together harissa paste, olive oil, minced garlic, cumin powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Add the lamb chunks to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator.

Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated lamb chunks and bell peppers onto skewers, alternating between lamb and peppers.

Grill the kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked to your desired level of doneness and the peppers are slightly charred.

Remove from grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
