Ingredients
- 1 cup of jasmine rice
- 2 cups of coconut milk
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 cup of raisins
- Ground cinnamon, for garnish
Instructions

In a medium saucepan, combine the rice, coconut milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.

Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat to low and cover the saucepan.
