How To Make Banana Pepper and Feta Stuffed Chicken Recipe

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 oz crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced banana peppers
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Using a sharp knife, cut a horizontal pocket into the thickest part of each chicken breast.

In a small bowl, mix together feta cheese and banana peppers. Stuff each chicken breast with the feta mixture and secure with toothpicks.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and sear in the skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Transfer chicken breasts to a baking dish and bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked.
