Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of white rice
  • 3 cups of milk
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp of nutmeg
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup of raisins

Instructions

  1. Combine rice, milk, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract in the crockpot.

  2. Cook on high for 2 and a half to 3 hours, stirring occasionally.

  3. Add raisins and cook for an additional 30 minutes.

  4. Serve warm or chilled.
