Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp saffron threads
  • 8 medjool dates, pitted
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • 2 cups ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients except for the ice cubes.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Add the ice and blend again until smooth and frothy.

  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
