How To Make Slow Cooker Rice Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 cup of white rice
- 2 cups of milk
- 1/3 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup of raisins (optional)
Instructions

Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Drain well.

In the slow cooker, combine the rice, milk, sugar, salt, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and raisins (if using).

Stir everything together until well combined.

Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 2-3 hours, or until the rice is tender and the pudding has thickened to your liking.
