How To Make Kielbasa and Potato Bake

Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds of kielbasa, sliced into bite-sized pieces
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- salt and pepper to taste
- fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.

In a large skillet, cook the kielbasa over medium heat until browned. Remove it from the skillet and set it aside.

In the same skillet, add the diced potatoes and onion. Cook until the potatoes are lightly browned and the onions are softened. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

In a bowl, combine the cooked kielbasa, potatoes, onion, garlic, shredded cheddar cheese, heavy cream, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Then, remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden and bubbly.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
