This is a full meal in itself and it sure is delicious. This is full of hamburger, onions, cheddar and mozzarella cheese, cream of mushroom soup, and tater tots of course.

How To Make Cheesy Tater Tot Casserole

Your once crispy bite-sized snack is now transformed into a complete meal.

  • 3 tbsp Canola Oil
  • 2 lb Lean burger patties
  • 1/2 large onion
  • 16 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup water
  • 8 oz cheddar cheese (sharp )
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tater tots (medium bag)
  1. On a cast iron skillet, pour in canola oil over medium heat. Cook the patties and the onions until the beef turns brown.

  2. Add the cream of mushroom soup and one cup of water to the meat.

  3. Pour contents into a casserole dish. Top it with cheddar cheese and the tater tots.

  4. Stir ingredients together before finally topping it off with mozzarella cheese.

  5. Bake at 350°F for 20-30 minutes or until cheese is lightly brown and melted.
