How To Make Tater Tot Casserole III

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 cups frozen tater tots
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the beef is browned and cooked through. Drain any excess grease.

Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and frozen mixed vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer the beef mixture to a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.

Arrange the tater tots in a single layer on top of the beef mixture.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.

Remove the casserole from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the tater tots.
