Serves:

Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 4 tablespoons of honey
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or stovetop grill pan.

  2. Peel back the husks of the corn, but leave them attached at the base.

  3. Remove the silk strands from the corn.

  4. Spread 1 tablespoon of butter evenly over each ear of corn.

  5. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey over each ear of corn.

  6. Sprinkle with salt to taste.

  7. Fold the husks back over the corn and tie the ends with kitchen twine to hold them in place.

  8. Place the corn on the grill and cook for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the kernels are tender and lightly charred.

  9. Remove the corn from the grill and let it cool slightly before serving.

  10. Remove the husks and enjoy!
