It might seem like a long ingredients list but that's how you know that it's going to taste flavorful!\r\n\r\n\n\n\tHow To Make Copycat Famous Dave's Barbecue Sauce\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\n\t\t1 onion (chopped)\u00bc cup water\u00be cup peach schnapps\u00bd cup raisins1 jalapeno (minced)2 garlic cloves (minced)\u00bc cup balsamic vinegar\u00bc cup apple (chopped)\u00bd cup frozen pineapple concentrate2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar3 tbsp. molasses4 tbsp. lemon juice2 slices bacon (cooked crisp)1 tsp. chicken consomme powder2 tbsp. mustard2 tsp. chili powder\u00bc tsp. pepper2 \u00bc cups corn syrup1 cup tomato paste\u00bd cup Worcestershire sauce1 tsp. liquid smoke\u00bc cup Kahlua\t\n\t\n\t\tFry the onions until dark brown in a frying pan.Remove from pan and add the water, schnapps, raisins, jalapeno and garlic.Simmer for 12 minutes or until the mixture thickens.In a blender, blend the onion mixture, balsamic vinegar, apple, pineapple juice, apple cider vinegar, molasses and lemon juice until smooth.Pour back into the pan and add the remaining ingredients, except liquid smoke and Kahlua.Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring frequently.Add the liquid smoke and Kahlua, mix well and chill overnight before using.
