How To Make Grilled Shrimp with Mango Salsa
The folks will surely love these grilled shrimp that are marinated and brushed with a soy sauce-orange mix, then served with a flavorful mango salsa!

Ingredients
For Salsa:
- 2large mangoes,ripe
- ¼cupred onion,minced
- ¼cupcilantro leaves,chopped
- 3tbsplime juice,fresh
- 1tspfresh ginger,minced
- ½tspsalt
- ¼tspfreshly ground black pepper
For Shrimp:
- 1½lbslarge shrimp
- 2tbspsoy sauce,reduced-sodium
- 2tbsporange juice,fresh
- 2tbspolive oil
Instructions
Salsa:

Combine the mangoes, onion, cilantro, lime juice, ginger, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Set aside.
Shrimp:

Rinse and drain the shrimp. Pat dry with paper towels.

In a bowl, combine the shrimp, soy sauce, and orange juice.

Let stand for 10 minutes.

Prepare the grill, then oil the grill rack. Thread the shrimp onto metal skewers or wooden skewers that have been soaked in water for about 1 hour.

Brush with oil and grill over medium heat, regularly brushing with the soy mixture, 3 to 4 minutes per side, until the shrimp are cooked through.

Remove from skewers and place on a serving platter.

Serve with mango salsa, and enjoy!
