How To Make Grilled Pompano with Tangy Ginger Sauce
Simply seasoned grilled pompano is drizzled with a ginger sauce of fish sauce and lime juice for a light dish that’s bursting with summer hints.

Ingredients
- 2tbspsugar
- 2tbspfresh lime juice
- 1½tbspfresh ginger,finely grated
- 1tbspAsian fish sauce,or soy sauce
- 1clovegarlic
- 4pompano fillets,(6 oz)
- salt and freshly ground pepper,to taste
- ¼cupcilantro sprigs
Instructions

Light a grill. In a small bowl, mix the sugar with lime juice, ginger, fish sauce, and garlic.

Season the pompano fillets with salt and pepper and grill over a hot fire for about 3 minutes per side, or until just cooked through.

Transfer the fish to a platter or plates. Spoon the sauce over the top, garnish with the cilantro and serve. Enjoy!
