How To Make Sweet Potato Wedges

Baked sweet potato wedges are perfect if you want to do away with fatty foods. They’re crispy and full of healthy fibers and anti-oxidants.

  • 2lbssweet potatoes,small
  • 2tbspolive oil
  • ½tspseasoned salt
  • black pepper,to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Scrub potatoes (or peel if preferred). Cut into 1-inch thick wedges.

  3. Toss potatoes with oil and seasonings. Place potatoes skin side down on prepared baking sheet.

  4. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown.
