How To Make Harissa Sweet Potato Wedges

- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon harissa paste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut the sweet potatoes into wedges, leaving the skin on. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, harissa paste, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the sweet potato wedges to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated.

Arrange the coated sweet potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender and golden brown, flipping them halfway through.
