- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
- Cooking oil for frying
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place a wire rack on a baking sheet and set aside.

Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.

In a shallow dish, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

In another shallow dish, whisk together the eggs and milk.

Dip each chicken piece into the egg mixture, then coat it thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture. Press the breadcrumbs onto the chicken to make sure they stick.

Heat about 1/4 inch of cooking oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook the chicken nuggets in batches for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
