  • 5chicken thighs,bone-in and skin on
  • 12ozCoca Cola soda
  • 1cupketchup
  • 2tbspworcestershire sauce
  • ½tspkosher salt
  • ¼tspcoarse ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Place chicken thighs in baking dish skin side up and season with salt and pepper

  3. Mix together soda, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce pour it over the chicken thighs.

  4. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, basting once while it is cooking.
