How To Make Bang Bang Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 lime juice
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cauliflower, medium, cut into florets
- kosher salt
- black pepper, freshly ground
- 1 tsp cilantro, chopped, for garnish
