Ingredients

  • 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sriracha sauce
  • 1/2 cup of panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup of cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, chili sauce, and sriracha sauce.

  3. In a separate bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper.

  4. Dip each shrimp into the mayonnaise mixture, making sure it’s well coated.

  5. Roll the shrimp in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

  6. Place the coated shrimp in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.

  7. Spray the shrimp lightly with cooking spray.

  8. Cook in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, or until the shrimp are golden brown and crispy.

  9. Serve the bang bang shrimp immediately with extra dipping sauce on the side.
