How To Make Bang Bang Prawn Salad

Ingredients
- 500g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Add prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through and pink. Remove from heat.

Add cooked prawns to the bowl with the bang bang sauce and toss until well coated.

Arrange mixed salad greens on serving plates. Top with the bang bang prawns.

Sprinkle chopped peanuts and sliced green onions over the salad.
