Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.

  3. Place the tilapia fillets in the greased baking dish and brush the garlic mixture over each fillet, coating them evenly.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the chopped parsley over the baked tilapia fillets.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
