How To Make Baked Garlic Lemon Tilapia

Make this baked garlic lemon tilapia for an easy-to-prepare meal on busy days made with baked tilapia topped with butter, lemon, and fresh parsley.

Ingredients

  • 6oztilapia filets
  • 4garlic cloves,crushed
  • 2tbspbutter
  • 2tbspFresh Lemon Juice
  • 4tspFresh Parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Melt butter on a low flame in a small saucepan. Add garlic and saute on low for about 1 minute. Add the lemon juice and shut off the flame.

  3. Spray the bottom of a baking dish lightly with cooking spray.

  4. Place the fish on top and season it with salt and pepper. Pour the lemon butter mixture on the fish and top with fresh parsley.

  5. Bake at 400 degrees F until cooked for about 15 minutes.
