How To Make Lemon Garlic Tilapia Recipe

- 4 tilapia fish fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Rinse the tilapia fillets and pat them dry with paper towels.

In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.

Place the tilapia fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brush each fillet with the lemon garlic mixture, covering both sides.
