  • 4 tilapia fish fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Rinse the tilapia fillets and pat them dry with paper towels.

  3. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.

  4. Place the tilapia fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  5. Brush each fillet with the lemon garlic mixture, covering both sides.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
