How To Make Baked Whitefish Recipe

  • 1 lb. Whitefish fillet
  • 2 tbsp. Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Lemon, sliced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Season the whitefish fillet with salt and pepper.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil and minced garlic.

  4. Place the fish in a baking dish and pour the olive oil mixture over the fish.

  5. Top the fish with slices of lemon.

  6. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the fish is golden brown and flakes easily with a fork.
