  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  3. Drizzle olive oil over salmon and sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and minced garlic.

  4. Top salmon with lemon slices and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
