  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Mix together breadcrumbs, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
