How To Make Air Fryer Potato Wedges

- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Optional toppings: grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley
Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

Wash the potatoes and cut them into wedges.

In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Toss the potato wedges in the mixture until well coated.

Place the potato wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded.

Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the potato wedges are golden brown and crispy.

If desired, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley over the potato wedges before serving.
