How To Make Air Fryer Beef Empanadas

Whip up a hot batch of these beef empanadas with a nice crunch on the outside! It’s all cooked up in the air fryer and made with just four easy ingredients.

Total: 26 minutes



  • 8Goya empanada discs,thawed
  • 1cuppicadillo
  • 1egg white,whisked
  • 1tspwater


  1. Preheat the air fryer to 325 degrees F for 8 minutes. Spray the basket generously with cooking spray.

  2. Place 2 tablespoon of picadillo in the center of each disc. Fold in half, then use a fork to seal the edges. Repeat with the remaining dough.

  3. Whisk the egg whites with water, then brush the tops of the empanadas.

  4. Cook 2 or 3 at a time in the air fryer for 8 minutes, or until golden. Remove from heat, then repeat with the remaining empanadas.

  5. Serve warm, and enjoy!
