Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs lamb, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, mint leaves, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper.

  2. Add the lamb cubes to the bowl and toss to coat them in the marinade. Let the lamb marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for maximum flavor.

  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

  4. Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto skewers.

  5. Grill the kebabs for about 6 minutes per side, or until the lamb is cooked to your desired level of doneness.

  6. Remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
