How To Make Mexican Pork Wraps

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 large tortillas
  • toppings (sour cream, salsa, avocado, etc.)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

  2. Season the pork slices with chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Add the pork to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  4. In the same skillet, add the bell peppers and onion. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

  5. Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.

  6. To assemble the wraps, place a spoonful of the cooked pork onto each tortilla, followed by the bell peppers and onion mixture. Add desired toppings.

  7. Roll up the tortillas, tucking in the sides as you go.

  8. Serve the Mexican pork wraps warm.
