How To Make Easter Lamb Kebabs
Juicy lamb kebabs marinated with Mediterranean spices and served with a refreshing yogurt sauce.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 lb lamb meat, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for at least 30 minutes
- Yogurt Sauce:
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped mint
- Salt and pepper to taste

In a bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, oregano, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add lamb meat and marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Thread lamb meat onto wooden skewers.

Grill kebabs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked to desired doneness.

In a small bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, chopped mint, salt, and pepper.
