How To Make Turkish-style Ground Lamb Kebabs Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground lamb
  • 1/2 onion, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Turkish spice blend (cumin, coriander, paprika, oregano, and thyme)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers for grilling
  • Tzatziki sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or broiler.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground lamb, grated onion, minced garlic, Turkish spice blend, salt, and pepper.

  3. Divide the mixture into 8 portions and shape each into a small log around a skewer.

  4. Grill or broil the kebabs for 4-5 minutes on each side, until cooked through.

  5. Serve with tzatziki sauce for dipping.
