How To Make Banana & Pecan Fudge Loaf
A rich and decadent dessert loaf combining the flavors of banana and pecan in a smooth fudge texture.

Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, chopped pecans, flour, cocoa powder, sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Mix well until everything is well combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let the loaf cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
