How To Make All-in-one Posh Lamb Balti

Ingredients
- 500g lamb, diced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2 green chilies, sliced
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp paprika
- 400g canned tomatoes
- 200ml chicken stock
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- Fresh coriander, for garnish
Instructions

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onions and cook until golden brown.

Add the garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Cook for another 2 minutes.

Add the lamb to the pan and cook until browned on all sides.

Stir in the garam masala, turmeric powder, ground cumin, ground coriander, and paprika. Cook for 1 minute to release the flavors.

Pour in the canned tomatoes and chicken stock. Stir well to combine.

Add the chopped bell peppers and salt. Cover the pan and simmer for 1 hour, or until the lamb is tender.

Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with naan bread or rice.
