How To Make Kung Po Prawns

Ingredients
- 500g prawns, deveined and cleaned
- 1/2 cup peanuts
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes (adjust to taste)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- Spring onions, chopped for garnish
Instructions

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, cornstarch, and chili flakes. Set aside.

Heat oil in a pan and add garlic and ginger. Sauté until fragrant.

Add prawns and cook until they turn slightly pink.

Add peanuts, bell peppers, and onions. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Pour in the sauce mixture and cook until thickened.

Season with salt and adjust spice level if needed.

Garnish with chopped spring onions.
