How To Make Spinach with Pine Nuts & Garlic

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup pine nuts
- 1 lb fresh spinach, washed and stems removed
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and pine nuts, and cook until the pine nuts are golden brown and fragrant.

Add the spinach to the skillet and sauté until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Remove from heat and serve immediately.
