How To Make Sage and Honey Glazed Carrots

Tender and sweet caramelized carrots with a touch of earthy sage and honey glaze.

  • 1 lb carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh sage
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Salt and black pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. In a baking dish, toss the carrots with the olive oil, sage, honey, salt, and pepper until coated.

  3. Roast the carrots for 20-25 minutes or until tender and golden, stirring halfway through.
