How To Make Caraway and Honey Glazed Carrots
Sweet and savory roasted carrots with a beautiful glaze.

Ingredients
- 1 pound of carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of caraway seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp of honey
- 1 tbsp of butter
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In a bowl, toss the carrots with olive oil, caraway seeds, salt, and pepper.

Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until tender and lightly browned.

In a small saucepan, melt the honey and butter together.

Remove the carrots from the oven and drizzle the honey mixture over the top, tossing to coat.

Return the carrots to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes until glazed and sticky.
