How To Make Marjoram and Goat Cheese Stuffed Tomatoes Recipe
Delicious baked tomatoes stuffed with tangy goat cheese and aromatic marjoram make for a perfect appetizer or side dish.

Ingredients
- 4 large tomatoes
- 4 oz goat cheese, crumbled
- 1 tbsp fresh marjoram, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut off and discard the tops of the tomatoes. Scoop out the seeds and pulp with a spoon to create a hollow cavity.

In a small bowl, mix together the crumbled goat cheese and chopped marjoram.

Stuff each tomato with the cheese mixture and place them in a baking dish.

Drizzle the tomatoes with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Bake the tomatoes for 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
