  • 16 large button mushrooms
  • 4 oz goat cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Clean and remove stems from mushrooms.

  3. In a bowl, combine goat cheese, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  4. Fill each mushroom cap with goat cheese mixture.

  5. Brush mushrooms with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and filling is melted.

  7. Serve hot.
