  • 4 bell peppers, halved and seeded

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  2. Place the bell pepper halves in a baking dish and set aside.

  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  4. Sauté the onion and garlic until softened and fragrant.

  5. Add the mushrooms and cook until they release their liquid and are lightly browned.
