Ingredients
- 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2 green chilies, slit lengthwise
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro, chopped for garnishing
Instructions

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them sizzle.

Add onions and sauté until golden brown.

Add ginger, garlic, and green chilies. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until tomatoes are soft and mushy.

Add cauliflower florets and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes.

Add a cup of water, cover the pan, and let it simmer for 15 minutes or until cauliflower is cooked.

Sprinkle garam masala and mix gently. Cook for another 2 minutes.

Garnish with fresh cilantro.

Serve hot with steamed rice or naan bread.
