How To Make Vegan Air Fryer Teriyaki Tofu Recipe
Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, this vegan teriyaki tofu is bursting with flavor and perfect for a quick and easy meal.

Ingredients
- 14 oz extra firm tofu, drained and pressed
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ginger powder
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 400°F.

Cut tofu into bite-sized cubes.

In a shallow dish, mix cornstarch, salt, and black pepper.

Toss tofu cubes in cornstarch mixture until evenly coated.

Place coated tofu in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

Air fry tofu for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket occasionally to ensure even cooking.

While the tofu is cooking, make the teriyaki sauce by whisking teriyaki sauce, rice vinegar, maple syrup, garlic powder, ginger powder, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.

When tofu is done cooking, transfer it to a large bowl and pour the teriyaki sauce over it.

Gently toss the tofu until it is fully coated in the sauce.

Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
