How To Make Vegan Air Fryer Tofu Nuggets Recipe
Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, these vegan tofu nuggets are the ultimate guilt-free snack!

Ingredients
- 1 block of extra-firm tofu, pressed and drained
- 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup of cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp of paprika
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
- Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions

Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.

Dip the tofu pieces into the flour mixture, making sure to coat each piece evenly.

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.

Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray.

Place the coated tofu nuggets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
