How To Make Vegan Air Fryer Zucchini Fritters Recipe

Crispy and flavorful zucchini fritters made with chickpea flour, air fried to perfection.

Total: 35 minutes



  • 2 medium zucchinis, grated
  • 1/2 cup chickpea flour
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Cooking spray


  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together grated zucchini, chickpea flour, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and water.

  3. Let mixture sit for 5 minutes.

  4. Using a cookie scoop or spoon, form mixture into fritters and place them in the air fryer.

  5. Lightly spray the fritters with cooking spray.

  6. Air fry for 10 minutes, then flip the fritters over and continue to cook for another 10 minutes.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
