How To Make Soup Maker Tomato Soup
A delicious and flavorful tomato soup made effortlessly in a soup maker.

Ingredients
- 1 kg ripe tomatoes
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups vegetable broth
Instructions

Cut the tomatoes into quarters and remove the cores.

Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion, garlic, carrots, and celery until softened.

Transfer the sautéed vegetables to the soup maker.

Add the tomatoes, dried basil, dried oregano, sugar, salt, black pepper, and vegetable broth.

Close the soup maker and select the soup setting.

Allow the soup maker to cook the soup until it reaches the desired consistency.

Once cooked, carefully blend the soup until smooth using an immersion blender or a regular blender.
