  • 2 cups rocket leaves
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 2 cloves garlic

  1. In a food processor, combine rocket leaves, Parmesan cheese, pine nuts, and garlic.

  2. Pulse until well combined and roughly chopped.

  3. Gradually add olive oil while the processor is running until the mixture forms a smooth paste.
