Ingredients

  • 12 oz (340g) tagliatelle
  • 2 cans of tuna, drained
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 cup rocket (arugula)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook the tagliatelle according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

  3. Add the cooked tagliatelle to the bowl and toss until well coated with the tuna mixture.

  4. Gently fold in the rocket.

  5. Serve the tagliatelle with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese.
